Day 6 of 13 Spooky Halloween Projects - The Mini Treat Bag with the Spooky Cat or Owl Tag or Pumpkin Clothes Pin

These treat bags are perfect to insert a flat notecard or a Hershey Bar.

You need about 9 x 6” of designer paper – make sure to consider the direction of your pattern.

You get quite a lot with this die set - lots of shapes and the 2 big bag pieces (see right).

Make up the bag by adhering the sides then bottom.  The card is 4 x 5 and mine is in Very Vanilla to match.  I like to stamp on the card.
Wrap the crochet lace around the bag.

Make a crochet bow.

A few options:
Stamp the owl on the 3 x 3 designer paper, round the corners, and then adhere the tag to the bag.  Attach the bow to the tag so it looks like  the bag is attached with the bow.  I used glue dots to make it easy.

Or Cut out a pumpkin and adhere to a clothes pin

Or Punch out a cat and a Halloween label

Insert the card and a treat, I think my Hershey bar is a bit big and maybe the smaller ones would fit better…but if you’re going to have a treat, why not make it big one J
