I think this is so cute and everyone loved it so much at class a few weeks ago.. it sparked the conversation on Back to School crafting. So this was the project that got me going on this last week of back to school! I hope you've enjoyed it.
Cut a
piece of THICK whisper white 3 ½ x 5 1/2, on the long side score at 2 ½ from
either side. Corner round all four
corners. Burnish your folds.
On
the front of the “book”, stamp a jar and die cut out the front opening. Stamp a greeting and punch with the classic
label punch. Lots in the set, but I
selected one from Teeny Tiny Wishes – a go to set!
Stamp
a lid and cut it out. Put mini dimensionals
on the back. Wrap linen thread around the lid about 3 times, tie in a bow. Add
some liquid glue and then add to the front of the jar jar.
Now
wrap your nuggets in matching paper (about 1” x 3”) and then position your
nuggets inside the card and secure with strong adhesive.
Give
some away!! Super quick and easy to make
a lot of – and very versatile – think about Halloween paper/colors or Christmas
or Valentines J
