Painted Harvest - it's back to fall projects

While catalog launch is fun, for me it's a little too early for Christmas projects.  I love fall.  Here's a set of projects for class Sept 17 6-730pm, only 2 places left!

Today I'm using Painted Harvest, everyone looks like an artist with this set.  It's much easier than it looks.

I've chosen some brighter fall colors (next week I'll post with more traditional Cajun Craze and other classic all colors). The vanilla base for stamping is 4 x 5 ¼

Stamp the yellow part of the flower twice with Pineapple punch, turning the stamp.  You'll get a richer look by stamping it twice.

Stamp the centers in espresso.

Stamp the final part of the flower in Mango Melody.  Turn the stamp each time so you get a slight different flower.

Stamp the leaves in Granny Apple Green.  Stamp dots in espresso.  Stamp the greeting in the middle.

Add some clear droplets.  Layer it together.  Inside stamp a flower and a sentiment with the same process.  Stamp your envelope as well.

Other details:  The Very Vanilla Base is 8 ½ x 5 ½ folded. The Granny Apple Green base is 5 3/8 x 4 1/8.

This would make a great Thanksgiving card if you send out a lot of these cards. Very fun relaxing stamping that does not need to be "exact" or perfect!

If you like this watercolor look, you would also probably like the set Waterfront.

Happy stamping!

PS Don't forget.. BIG EVENT is Sat Sept 29 11-3pm $35 for the Merry Christmas to all set and supplies for 8 projects, lunch and prizes! RSVP by Sept 18
