Swaps
for OnStage!
We
gather twice a year with fellow demonstrators and it’s a great time! Super fun to meet our team that is all over
the country. We connect online but it’s super to be in person. We also see new products, catalogs, ideas,
and get training on the new designs and products.
And
we swap cards. We will be sharing these
swap cards in January so I thought I’d bring in bright spring colors.
My
swap could be just a “hello”, or a “thinking of you” or sympathy, maybe even a
Valentine card. The set is Ribbon of Courage and this is a great sentiment.
I
used Flirty Flamingo, silver foil and silver metallic ribbon, on top of the
silver glimmer. Why not have a little
bling? By January we’ll have shorter, darker days so a little bling will give
us some cheer and brightness.
A few
closeups
– here’s the fake bow… we call this a Lori Bow as Lori does not like to tie
bows. You simply scotch tape about 6” of
ribbon around the card, securing the ribbon on the back, then tie a 4” piece onto this piece with just a simple knot. So slip your 4" piece under the secured ribbon and tie the knot. Secure with a
glue dot.
I
love texture on cards… so the top is the 3D leaves embossing folder and the
bottom in silver is the Polka Dot embossing folder.
Simple
but pretty, hope you like it!
Happy

PS
I’ll be sure to post the swaps I receive as soon as I return from OnStage!
