And my entry, using the Ribbon of Courage set.
It turned out I liked this card a lot. I think it's pretty versatile. Great to say hello, maybe a get well soon, a note of encouragement, a sympathy card. I sent it off to my Aunt today as a hello.
It's really simple.. just 1 piece of paper from the Petal Garden 6 x 6 paper stack, 1 stamp set, 1 ink and a little twine. Just about any embossing folder would work, I used the petal burst folder.
Here's the stamp set with the matching dies.
I'm not sure I would have purchased this set - it was a giveaway at our last Stampin Up Convention. However it's pretty versatile and I like it a lot.
Here are some cards with the big ribbon - and you could use this in so many colors - just google "ribbons of cancer" and you'll get all the colors.
You'll see I used the notecards (3 1/2 x 5) and regular sized cards.
I think I liked it so much I used it for my swap at this November's Stampin Up convention. I'll post this later this week after I've given out my swaps! I might bring this out for Valentine's Day next February!
Happy stamping, MaryKate
