Sweet Conversations "Split Technique" card with a video!

This week I have several projects made using our wonderful new Sale-A-Bration items and our new Valentine Suite: Sweet Conversations

The card uses the Sweet Conversations paper - this 12x12 pack is a winner!  I love making lots of Valentine cards (spread the love, appreciate people around you!) So this card is a great option as it uses 4x4 sheet of the designer paper. Getting 9 cards from a single sheet is very paper efficient!

A Valentine using the split technique

1.   You have 2 sheet of Sweet Conversation designer paper each 4 x 4; there are several options

a.   White Base 8 ½ x 5 ½

b.   I cut my 4 x 4 with a slice starting at ¾ on the right going down to 1 ¼ on the right.

c.   I spread these apart and stamped in between. I used Sweet Conversations and stamped-off the hearts but my greeting is full strength so it stands out. I added an embellishment of the little envelope from the matching dies with hearts coming out the envelope.
