Looking for fun-quick handmade Valentine's Cards?

This is a quick fun way to make 4 Valentine cards.

The layout is the same for all the cards...but the cards can be horizontal or vertical.

You take 4 sheets of 2-sided designer paper (I'm using the new Sweet Conversation paper from our new Jan-June Mini), cut them 4 x 5 1/4

Stack them on top of each other. If your paper is directional, stack them all the same way.

Cut in half (along the short edge) at 2 3/4 (red line)

Cut the larger piece at 3" (green line)

Cut the skinny piece at 2" (green line)

See the template below.

Now mix and match the papers, turn the paper over to see which side you like, mix up the papers.  Add to a half sheet of cardstock (8 1/2 x 5 1/2) I used Real Red and Highland Heather.

I added a heart with a stamp from "Heartfelt" and punched it with the matching heart punches.

A little red satin ribbon under the heart and poof they are done.

If you have some designer paper (I'm sure you do)... try this stack and slice technique.

If you need supplies, my online store is open, and if you use the host code (top right corner of this page), I'll send you a thank you gift of embellishments.  Don't forget it's Sale-A-Bration so for each $50 you spend, you select a free item.

I sent out catalogs about 2 weeks ago... so if you didn't get one, please reach out to me MaryKate@MaryKateScott.com

Happy creating! MaryKate
