3 x 3 Team Challenge Notecards

We have a fun team challenge (these happen most every week!)  This week each team member received 6 pieces of 3 x 3 designer paper, matching cardstock and a notecard with an envelope.

Let's see what they make (I'll post their projects next week). Today I'm sharing 2 notecards.


This first one is an easy pop out card.  The front is a 3 x 3 designer paper, with a back layer of 3 1/4 x 3 1/4.  

When it's opened it has a fun pop up effect.  The inside strip is 1" x 7" scored in half and in half again, folded into a "w". 

The squares sort of look like art on the wall, they are 1" square.

This notecard cuts the 3 x 3 in half and layers it at 1/4" more than the 2 pieces (now 3 x 1 1/2").  

I like the sparkle greeting, so I embossing in silver on the front and on the inside.  

I decorated my envelope with a strip of paper from one of the 3 x 3 pieces.  Easy and fun.

I can't wait to see what the team creates!!
