Signs of Santa Silver Edged Cards

It's been busy here!! Lots of holiday classes and now getting ready for our fundraiser this Saturday Oct 27 10-3 in Pittsfield.

We are making 5 silver edge cards and a navy box to put them in.  Here are the Signs of Santa cards.  I love the big Santa (die cut from the matching paper), and the Mrs Claus that I put inside.

The elves are cute too.

These are so quick and easy and using the Stamparatus (stamp positioning tool) for the greeting makes it fun and simple.  Perfect pressure, perfect placement, every time.

Here's the box.  The front of the box could also be a nice card.  This is an envelope punch board box.  You cut the paper 10 1/4 x 10 1/4, your first punch/score is at 4 5/8, the seco//nd is at 6".  Use the ruler for the first side, then rotate the paper 90 degrees, ignore the ruler and use the score lines to line up for your next scores.  Do on 2 more sides.  Done!

Cut the tabs (keep the larger triangle to your "north") and cut up the 2 tabs.  Fold and glue.

We have 2 spaces left for Saturday, so email me today MaryKate@MaryKateScott.com.  5 cards, and the box $15 (and lunch, prizes and fun!)

I posted the other projects (the sled and the star) here..

and tomorrow I'll post the Lightbulb card!

The last card is a quilters delight, a pinwheel card.

happy stamping, MaryKate
