We have 3 projects and here's the first one.
I'll be sharing tips on using the Blends (alcohol markers).
Here are the instructions and dimensions for this card. I used Mossy Meadow for the instructions (easier to see) but I prefer the Cherry Cobbler in person
1.Base
is 11 x 4, score at 3/8 on either side of the short side and 1 ¼ and 5 ½ on the
long side
2.Trim
off the top 2 pieces that are 3/8 x 1 ¼ on each side of the TOP of the base;
trim off the 2 lower edges (see photo)
3.Then
round the 4 corners; add tear n tape to the 2 remaining tabs
4.Fold
up the card securing the sides
5.Decorate
the front with 2 pieces of designer paper 1 x 3 (round the bottom corners) and
3 x 3 for the front.
6.Stamp
the card (3 x 5) and round the corners.
7.Stamp
the truck in memento, color in with Blends (Cherry Cobbler, Call me Clover, Basic Black,
Smokey Slate)
8.Die
cut the truck.
9.Stamp
the greeting – first masking the “Merry Christmas” with a post it note (cut to
1 x 3), and die with the stitched shape.
10.Add
the truck to the circle with dimensions.
Secure the circle to the front with a
dimension. I'm sorry class is full... I have 2 spaces left for Oct 22 (Tags and Tidings with Custom Sized Boxes) and 3 for Oct 29 (Alpine Adventures)
Happy Crafting!
