At Home - love this set's versatility - join us Sun July 23 for class

Hi - I've finalized the At Home class with the doors!

I used this set on my swaps (you can type in At Home in the search bar and you'll see other projects with this set).  Love it!

So for our class we are going to use the new embossing paste and the new Wood Textures designer paper.

This is a stepper card, so to make the stepper card
Cut the paper 10 x 4 ¼
Cut 2 slits up the side 1” from the bottom 5” long
Score 1” from the bottom just to the slits
Score 2” from the bottom just to the slits
Score at 5” from the bottom only in the middle of the card

Score at 6” from the bottom just to the slits

Then add the paste.  I'll do a separate post on this with tips.

Other cards we'll make include a Christmas door

Do you love the brick embossing?

And then this set is great for notecards, like this one, I think perfect for fall (or anytime really).   The metallic thread (copper here) and below (silver) just add something.

And this one is a simple Christmas card but I like the 'pop' of the snow.  This card and the one above use 1/4" strips of designer paper. By using the colors in the paper on the card it really gives it a finished, professional look!

The ovals are from the Stitched Shapes and Layering Ovals die collections.

Hope to see you at class - or buy the bundle, use the host code and I'll send you all the paper materials to make these cards!!

Happy crafting, MaryKate
