Cute Mug Cakes for a Craft Fair

A very busy few weeks - craft fairs, moving to FL, celebrating at OnStage.. well I have a bunch of projects and ideas for you that I've been collecting!

This one is a mug cake.  Have you seen these single serve mug cakes made by Duncan Hines and others??

I wrapped them in poppy parade cardstock (4 1/4 x 11) just wrapped around the cake, then punched 2 holes at the top, thread the ribbon through the front then the back and pushed the cake down so the ribbon was wrapped around the cake.  Tied a bow, inserted a tasting spoon (available anyway eg Dollar Store, Amazon, etc) and decorated the front.

These were my best seller at my recent craft fair!

I used the Cup of Cheer dies and stamps - I've used these a lot of holiday, birthday and for hello's.  They work well in pumpkin pie and melon mambo for a Dunkin Donut look or Garden Green for Starbucks.  Of course these stamps and dies are in my online store, just click on the cart.

I have an instruction set, so if you'd like it just email me and it's yours.  MaryKate@MaryKateScott.com

Happy crafting
