Cup of Cheer Happy Birthday card

I'm making fall birthday and thank you cards.

I create a background of leaves using the Every Season stamp set on whisper white cut 4 x 5 1/4.

I stamped the mugs - the stamp is reversible!  Cut them out with the matching dies.  Then layered them on a stitched rectangle 4 3/8 x 3.  The Melon Mambo layer is just 1/8 larger so 4 1/2 x 3 1/8.  Just a peek of the pink to match the thin lines of the stamp.

The mugs are on dimensions to make them pop.  The happy birthday is from the very popular and versatile Cake Builder set.

This would be a great thank you.. and we will make this at class tomorrow Sept 8, and I think I'll make it a thank you and have a gift card insert. I'll take a picture and post it here!

Stamp sets used include the Cup of Christmas (yes I made it fall.. stay tuned it will be Christmassy later!) and the Every Season for the leaves.  You can buy these in my online Stampin Up store, just click the shopping cart. Don't forget the host code so you can be part of the free product share!

Don't forget classes at Warsaw in Pittsfield start Sept 16 - we have 4 adult ed classes - Sept 16 23 30 and Oct 21, 3 quick and easy projects, $5. Lots of fun, RSVP to MaryKate@MaryKateScott.com essential as we only have 12 places and right now classes are about 2/3 full!!

I'm hosting a Stampin Up Bingo event Oct 5 Freeport ME (so you could do a little outlet shopping, then craft and play with us!)  $35 is for 4 bingo games with great prizes (the last one is a black out and you win the bundle of your choice - any bundle!  The $35 also includes the great stamp set Perfectly Plaid and if you wish to buy the matching punch, we'll pay shipping so it's only $20 extra.  RSVP essential. We have only 11 places left!!

Happy stamping, MaryKate

  1. This is extraordinarily informative substance and formed well for a change. It's lovely to see that a couple of people still perceive how to make a quality post! Toronto Limo Bus
